This is for everyone who still says that baseball is boring. Especially compared with the sacred NFL, which offered this to a nationwide audience on the same night.

Thanks to the magic of MLB-TV, I got to see this one. Well worth staying up for, I would say. It's the leader in the clubhouse for best game of the century. This is the great thing about baseball, that over 162 games great players will be great and sucky players will suck, but in any one game Marlon Anderson can play like Stan Musial, and Trevor Hoffman can pitch like Brian Meadows.
